This hotel has a perfect location right on the beach in the heart of the Romantic Zone, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms are authentic and cozy, although a bit on the small side. The dining could use some improvement, as the food was decent but not extraordinary. The pools are great for relaxation, but the noise from adjacent construction can be a downside.

I stayed at this hotel and loved its charming old-world vibe in the heart of old Vallarta. It's just a short walk to the beautiful seaside pier and many local shops and restaurants, which is a huge plus. However, the dining options were quite disappointing, and the mattresses were uncomfortably hard. Overall, while the hotel has a lot of character and is clean, I wouldn't choose to stay here again due to the issues we faced.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the bartender at the pool bar who went above and beyond. The location couldn't be better, right on the beach and close to so many fantastic restaurants. However, I found the service in the dining area to be quite lacking; it felt like we were often forgotten. Overall, it was a good experience, but there's room for improvement in service consistency.

We had a great time at Playa los Arcos, enjoying the beautiful ocean view from our room and quick access to the beach. However, our stay was marred by some issues, as my air conditioning broke down for 1.5 days and I had some problems with noise in the room due to its location. The service was hit or miss, but we appreciated the attentiveness of some staff members. Overall, it could use some renovations to keep up with the competition.
